- JNitrous Bio: Classically trained and dangerously alternative, J.Nitrous began DJing in his mid teens and a sneaky adventure into a Perth club at the tender age of 16 gave J.Nitrous his first taste of what it feels like to step up behind the wheels of steel. J.Nitrous has played at some of Perth’s biggest and best venues and not once has he strayed from the sounds that drive him to do what he does best, twisting peoples’ minds and insides with bass driven percussive adventures into a deep, dark and edgy sonic wonderland. With influences stretching through the twisted soundscapes of drum and bass producers like Spor, Limewax & Evol Intent and the creative genius of Radiohead, The Smashing Pumpkins & Bloc Party, J.Nitrous is carving and creating himself a sound he can call his own. With his debut release, a collaborative effort with KillaFoe, pressed and packaged for Foul Play Recordings hitting the shelves in early 2009 and a bucket load of dubs at his disposal; J.Nitrous’ DJing performances are always a step ahead. Highly flammable and set to ignite, look out fuckers and make way for J.Nitrous.
